By submitting a ticket, you agree to our terms and conditions below:
If we find that your issue is a "bug", we will fix it free of charge:
- Coding errors
- Server configuration errors
- Browser incompatabilities
If your issue is not a bug, you will be billed $50 for the first hour.
Each subsequent hour will be billed at $100 per hour.
There is a one hour minimum for all billable work.
- Issues related to settings on your computer or other systems outside of our control
- Issues that requre time to research and turn out not to be bugs
Diamond Graphics Studios holds sole discretion regarding the billability of reported website issues.
Non-bug issues requring additional work will be quoted upon request.
